INGREDIENTS
1 package of Tofu sliced in 1/2 thick pieces
1 can of tuna drained
1 red onion sliced thin, amount to taste
1 pound of bean sprouts blanched
1 bunch of watercress
Sauce
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup oil
1 clove of garlic minched
Micro sauce for one minute on high |
PREPARATION

Layer each ingredient in a baking dish, then pour sauce over it just before serving.
